"Pear Of The Cobra" Script Review
Hello everyone! I have just finished reading a draft of Rambo IV titled "Pearl of the Cobra" and dated November 6th, 2006. Let me start of by stating this: It's a great time to be an action fan and an even greater time to be a Rambo fan. As the footage of the film shows, this is a kick-ass movie.

I will do this review without revealing any spoilers.
The script is a captavating action-adventure that doesn't let up until the final scene. It brings the character of Rambo full cirlce.
As we all know, the character of Rambo certainly does not love war. As Col. Trautman, played by the late Richard Crenna, explains in Rambo III; war is a part of Rambo. In this film, the character of John Rambo fully realizes this truth: war is in his blood.
This movie presents a powerful tale of human struggle. It is not simply "action for the sake of action," this movie does have a deeper purpose.
The script does run into some trouble at the very end, but I believe that these small kinks have been worked out since.
The script is the best Rambo sequel of them all and, judging by the trailer, some improvments have been made to it!

I would also like to take this space to commemorate all those who perished on this day six years ago. May they rest in peace, and may God bless their souls.

Entry 5: The Trailer!
As we all know, Sylvester Stallone has released a promo trailer, that is now no longer available, for "John Rambo". It is, by far, one of the greatest trailers I have ever seen. The set-up is brilliant and the action is just incredible (and gruesome). Stallone has really done it with this one, and iI look forward to the Nu-image release of the official trailer!

Entry 4: It's almost here!
Finally! Filming officialy begins this Friday!! It's almost here and Rambo is about to return. I am truly excited about this. I have confidence that Sylvester Stallone will create a masterpiece of an action movie with 'John Rambo'! I know there are many fans out there anxiously awaiting the first set picrures and this will be the place to see them all. Thank you all for making this website the most popular Rambo page on the net and the fun has just begun!

Entry 3: Rocky, Rocky, Rocky
Is it January yet? Kind of redundant, I know, but what can we do? Rambo IV is definatly in the future and that alone makes me happy. I cannot wait to see cinema's greatest action hero return. I will be on the look out for any more pre-production news!
In the mean time, I cannot wait for December 22! Rocky Balboa, another famous character potrayed by Sly Stallone, returns to the cinema. This will truly be a great day for all fans of the series. GO SEE IT!

Entry 2: Filming to Begin In The Near Future
Is it October 1 yet? I cannot wait for that day (and it is coming fast). As soon as it is, production should be under way, and then The Rambo IV Homepage will be full of new news, photos, and more. The excitment will be unbearable. Until then, I will continue to update this site with whatever news there is! Rambo couldn't return at a better time. I hope you enjoy the hype

Entry 1: The Hype
Isn't it exciting? Rambo IV is finally starting to come together. It is unfortunate that our partner Sly Central turned out to be a fraud, but good news came shortly after! With the the exciting new plot information and knowing Sly is working his hardest, it is impossible not to be excited by this project! Rambo will return, and I will be there. Will you?
